The Dhampus Sarangkot Trek is a short yet superb trek through the lower Annapurna region of Nepal. The ethnic Gurung villages, terraced fields, and breathtaking views give you an excellent look at Himalayan landscapes and lifestyles. In Pokhara, we can enjoy its beautiful lake, shrines, shops, and restaurants. We begin our trek the next day after driving from Pokhara to Phedi.
The Dhampus Sarankot Trek, We ascend through a trail of dense woods to the picturesque village of Dhampus. We pass through diverse ethnic villages and get beautiful views of the white peaks of the Annapurna Range. The sunset view is fabulous in the evening. The walk to Sarangkot the next day offers more gorgeous mountain views. The popular tourist hill town is a great place to see the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain chain. It's also one of the best paragliding spots in the world. On the final day of our short trek, we walk down to Pokhara.
